I was very happy with the training provided by Amie de Jeu. The training was very well adapted to our specific needs. Amie split the group in 2, with different approaches to each group, depending on their start levels of the English language. Both groups said the training really helped them a lot in communicating with English speakers, but also in general communication with all customers, co-workers and even personal relations. Personally I found the training really opened my eyes for subtlety in communication, tone of voice and also the goal of the specific type of communication. The training was very practical, hands-on. I can recommend the training to any company dealing with English customers.

• What I really liked about this course was how practical it was and how it was focused on our actual work.

It was really nice to work together with colleagues from other teams and I think the way we now work together, analyze, and write have improved considerably.
• I learned many useful tips for communicating outside of work as well.
• I expected a refresher English course but it was really a business communication course. There was attention to the language but there was also a lot of attention to culture and communication in a broader sense.
• I thought it was a really good and useful training. The training was enriching and I am using what I learned on a daily basis.
• I learned about having a “growth mindset”: which is that I can always learn and grow and I am doing just that.
• I have become more self confident in expressing myself in English.
